Job Description:
As an Orthodontist at Risas Dental and Braces in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities to help our patients achieve optimal oral health and aesthetics. You will work closely with our dental team to deliver high-quality orthodontic care, using the latest techniques and technology to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat dental malocclusions and oral cavity anomalies.
- Design and fabricate appliances, such as braces, retainers, and space maintainers, to realign teeth and jaws to produce and maintain normal function and to improve appearance.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that address both functional and aesthetic concerns.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
- Educate patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment and proper oral hygiene practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontics and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a specialized orthodontic residency program.
- Valid state dental license and orthodontic certification.
- Proven experience as an Orthodontist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
