About the role:
The person will be the store’s brand ambassador and is required to deliver a customer’s online shopping order to their home or designated address on the nominated day and time, in a timely, safe manner whilst providing the highest standard of excellent standard.
We are looking for someone who can ensure all the tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make a repeat online purchase whilst achieving targets set by the Online Manager.
The Successful Applicant will:
- Have the ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines.
- Be physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Have a valid full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Have excellent customer service experience.
- Have a good basic computer and maths skills.
- Be flexible and driven with a strong work ethic and an excellent attitude.
- Be responsible for working individually and taking sole ownership of deliveries.
